2023 Nicodemi Trebbiano d'Abruzzo 'Cocciopesto' The 2023 Trebbiano d'Abruzzo Cocciopesto is a total pleasure on the nose, with honeyed florals, dried apricots, chamomile and hints of almond paste. This is crisply refreshing and vertical in feel, with building minerality and crisp orchard fruits. The 2023 finishes long with a tropical citrus inflection alongside nuances of sour melon and ginger. I could taste this beauty all day long. Vinous 94 2026-06-04
2025 Lobster Reef Sauvignon Blanc Crunchy and brisk, with aromas of limes, grapefruit pith, fine herbs and white blossoms. Medium-bodied with mouthwatering acidity and a juicy, citrus-driven finish. Drink now. Screw cap. James Suckling 90 2026-06-04
2022 Domaine Alain Voge Cornas Les Vieilles Vignes Straight-up classic Cornas from a mix of terroirs and older vines, the 2022 Cornas Vieilles Vignes has rocking cassis, violets, pepper, and exotic floral and incense-like aromatics. These carry to a medium to full-bodied, concentrated Cornas with the ripe, expressive, perfumed style of the vintage as well as the firmer, focused tannins that will benefit from bottle age. Do your best to give bottles 4-5 years and enjoy over the following decade. Drink 2029-2039. Jeb Dunnuck 95 2026-06-01
2022 Domaine Alain Voge Cornas Les Vieilles Fontaines There are just seven barrels of the 2022 Cornas Vieilles Fontaines, which was destemmed and brought up in a mix of new and used barrels. It has classic cassis and darker berry fruits as well as lifted incense, violets, spice, and gamey, bouquet garni-like nuances. With medium to full-bodied richness, it's nicely balanced, has a layered, focused mouthfeel, ripe yet building tannins, and a gorgeous finish. It's just about impossible to find in the market, but it's a brilliant wine that deserves 2-3 years in the cellar and will evolve gracefully. Drink 2027-2047. Jeb Dunnuck 96 2026-06-01
2022 Ryan Patrick Redhead Red Dominated by cabernet sauvignon and syrah, this blend shows fruity, spiced aromas of bing and black cherries. Medium-bodied and pretty silky with a dark-fruit profile and some earthy undertones. Drink now. Screw cap. James Suckling 90 2026-05-28
NV Vignobles Terrassous Rivesaltes Vin Doux Naturel Hors d'Âge 6 Yrs The NV Rivesaltes Ambré Hors d’Age 6 Ans has a vibrant, light amber/whiskey color to go with sweet notes of golden raisins, bitter orange, almond and subtle browned sugar. Made from 100% Grenache Blanc and aged six years in barrel, it’s medium-bodied, silky, seamless and layered. It lacks complexity and is slightly straightforward with its sweetness, yet it’s never cloying and is one sexy drink. Wine Advocate 90 2026-05-27
NV Vignobles Terrassous Rivesaltes Vin Doux Naturel Hors d'Âge 18 Yrs The sensational NV Rivesaltes Ambre Horg D'Age 18 Ans checks in as 90% Grenache Blanc and 10% Grenache Gris that spent 18 years in barrels. It got a big “Wow” in my notes and offers layers of caramel, toasted nuts, spice and figs, with gorgeous complexity, full-bodied richness and impeccable balance between its acidity, sweetness and alcohol. This is stunning stuff! Wine Advocate 95 2026-05-27
NV Solento Tequila Anejo Don’t dismiss the cologne-bottle packaging as the liquid inside is a bit more sophisticated. The 100 percent USDA certified organic Blue Weber agave, harvested in small batches from a single estate, gives this tequila (distilled at Tequila Las Americas) a wonderful cooked agave intensity. The 18 months of American oak barrel aging injects some maple syrup and butterscotch notes that are just enough to make this a worthwhile sipper. VinePair 91 2026-05-26
