Tasting Notes
Melon, citrus, and orchard fruit notes all emerge from the 2025 Menetou Salon Blanc, a Menetou-Salon white vinified and aged five months on the fine lees in stainless steel. It has that classic Loire grassy, herbal, and mineral character, and it's medium-bodied on the palate, with a nicely textured, round, and supple mouthfeel and nicely integrated acidity. Drink bottles over the coming 7-8 years. Drink 2026-2034.
