A crisp, beautifully balanced 100% Cinsault rose from the Herault, the 2025 Vin De France Cinsault Rose has a light salmon hue and a nose of dried citrus, dried herbs, and salty minerality. It's medium-bodied on the palate, with clean acidity and a great finish. I think it's clearly outstanding and is perfect for summertime drinking.
