Checking in as 100% Jacquere vinified and aged on the fine lees in stainless steel, the 2025 Vin De Savoie Apremont reveals pithy green citrus, grapefruit, juniper, and sappy floral notes on the nose. It's medium-bodied on the palate, with bright, clean, racy acidity and terrific overall balance. I love how fresh, focused, and just flat-out deliciously drinkable this is.
