Tasting Notes
Ripe stone and pear fruits, crushed stone, white flowers, and spicy nuances all emerge from the 2025 Pouilly-Fuisse, a beautifully made Pouilly-Fuisse from a tiny one-hectare parcel brought up entirely in neutral French oak. It's rich and medium-bodied on the palate, with a pure, layered mouthfeel, wonderfully integrated acidity, and a great finish. It's beautiful stuff that's well worth seeking out and should have a solid decade of prime drinking. Drink 2026-2036.
