Tasting Notes
A blend of 40% Syrah, 37% Grenache, 13% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 10% Rolle that's always bottled in a unique perfume-style bottle, the 2025 Coteaux D'Aix En Provence Libre Rose is made with the idea of a rose with a touch more volume. Its pink/salmon hue is followed by a solid, richer nose of orange blossom, white peach, and strawberries. These carry to a medium-bodied rose on the palate that has a round, layered mouthfeel, wonderful purity and precision, integrated acidity, and a great finish. It takes the classic cuvee and turns up the volume just a notch without sacrificing purity or precision.
